You may not use the AI Tutor for any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purpose. This includes but is not limited to:
Leago Academy offers a free trial with limited daily questions and a Premium subscription with unlimited access. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Paystack. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months. Exceptional cases may be considered at Leago Academy's discretion where appropriate.
All content and materials on Leago Academy, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Leago Academy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. However, you retain ownership of any content you create (e.g., chat messages).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data, subject to legal obligations.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI Tutor will always be accurate, complete, or error‑free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leago Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
